| "Miki Too" Acrylic on canvas Xan Blackburn Miki Too's portrait was done as part of one of my occasional *Portrait Marathons. I wanted to capture a Dutch Master's feel here, of the light coming in the unseen window, and reflecting back warmly on the shaded side of her face. I love this one! *That's when I announce a first-come, first-served sign up, and paint small portraits of each pet as quickly as I can (not always that quickly!), until the alloted number has been reached or I run out of canvasses or time.
